The band known as The Marketts were actually studio musicians. Many of those musicians were part of the well documented Wrecking Crew.
Including, Hal Blaine on drums. He plays a similar rendition of his signature beat intro on, Be My Baby. I recognize his bass drum sound.

This track is well produced and recorded. I like the French Horn part.
The organ sound was the classic, old school non-Hammond B3-Vox Continental or Farfisa sound heard on many British Invasion records. I’ve heard that sound on Frank Sinatra records. Pretty pretty cheesy.
